Argo Transit is a new kind of public transit that lets you book a ride through an app, with routes that adjust in real time based on where people need to go - all for a regular transit fare. It augments fixed transit lines with cleaner, smarter, and more convenient service for communities.

Yes. Argo gives you the pickup and drop-off time when you request your ride, so you can plan your day with confidence.
16+ to create your own account and pay for rides.
Under 16 can ride using a parent/guardian’s account.
Under 12 are strongly encouraged to ride with an adult.
Via the Argo Transit App:In-app credit card payment: $1 per ride.
EasyPass scanned on the bus: $1 per ride.

Argo Transit is operational starting April 3, 2025: Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM / Saturday: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM / Sunday & stat holidays: No service

- Download the Argo Transit App.
- Sign in with your phone number.
- Enter your location, destination, and number of riders.
- Choose your payment option.
- Walk to the nearby Smart Stop™.
- Scan your ticket on the bus.
- Get off at the designated Smart Stop™ near your destination.
Phone call:
- Call 888 401 8252 to book your ride.
- Provide your location, destination, and number of riders.
- Choose a payment option.
- Walk to the nearby Smart Stop™ as instructed by the Phone Support agent.
- Give your provided PIN to the driver.
- Get off at the designated Smart Stop™ near your destination.

Yes. You can specify the number of passengers up to 4 when making your booking. The app or phone operator will ensure enough space is available for your group.
Yes. When you call to book, you can use your EasyPass or pay in cash on the bus. It costs $1 with EasyPass or $3 in cash per ride.
If you miss your bus, you can request a new ride through the app or by phone. However, wait times may vary.
No. Argo focuses on on-demand transit. We recommend requesting rides shortly before you need them.
Yes. Buses run during normal service hours, even in poor weather conditions, except in severe situations that threaten passenger or driver safety. Any service suspensions will be announced on the app and the city’s official transit website.
Yes. You can cancel your ride at no cost if you do so before the bus arrives. However, if you cancel during the trip, the driver will pull over at a safe spot along the route, and you will not receive a refund.
Yes. To keep costs low and reduce traffic, Argo groups riders who are headed in a similar direction.
Yes. Argo has vehicles that can accommodate wheelchairs. Just select the accessibility option when you book your ride. You can book by phone if you need extra assistance.
Argo vehicles have space for small luggage, foldable strollers, and compact bikes. Space is limited, so please take that into consideration when traveling.
At the end of each service day (around 7:30–8:00 PM), Argo drivers drop off any lost items at the Leisure Center. You can visit the Leisure Center during or after that time to reclaim your belongings.
