What is Argo?

Argo is a next-generation mobility solution that augments existing fixed transit lines with on-demand service. Using the simple Argo Transit app, the service connects you with fully electric Argo vehicles near your door for a standard PRESTO fare, with connections to Brampton Transit and GO Transit lines. Argo's Smart Routing™ system combines your trip with others headed in the same direction.

When does Argo launch in Brampton?

Argo begins its phased public rollout on September 2, 2025, when riders can download the app and request access.

What does "phased rollout" mean?

Access to Argo will open gradually. This helps us ensure a smooth experience as we expand. Once you download the app and request access, you'll be able to ride as soon as your turn comes up.

How do I start using Argo?

1. Download the Argo app (iOS Apple Store or Google Play Store).

How much does it cost?

Argo rides cost the same as a regular Brampton Transit trip. You can pay using your PRESTO card.
